No named digital service record is published for UK Mitsubishis. The bigger issue for a buyer is continuity of the network itself: Mitsubishi stopped selling new cars in the UK in 2021, aftersales has been run in the UK by a licensed distributor since, and the brand has said it will relaunch UK new-car sales in 2026. Dealer coverage has thinned in the meantime.
How to actually get it
- Start with the dealership that serviced the car. Mitsubishi's UK contact page says your nearest dealership "is the best place to help with your enquiry".
- If that dealer has closed — which is a live possibility on this brand — escalate to Mitsubishi UK customer support, who can tell you where the records for a defunct site went.
- On a Mitsubishi, weight the paper file and the MOT trail more heavily than usual, because the network route is the least reliable of any brand here.

What the MOT trail shows about a Mitsubishi
This is not a service history and cannot be turned into one — the MOT record says nothing about oil changes, cambelts or brake fluid. What it is, is the one independent record of the car’s life that the seller has never been able to touch. Two things in it are real evidence about maintenance: the mileage the invoices have to agree with, and what testers keep writing up.

Read that list as a checklist rather than a verdict. Every item on it is something a service should have caught before a tester saw it, so when you look at a specific Mitsubishi’s MOT history, the question is not whether these appear — they appear on most cars — but whether they appear and then stop. An advisory that is written up at three consecutive tests is a fault the owner was told about three times and left alone, and it is telling you more about how the car was looked after than the folder is.
